Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine modulare Vorrichtung zur kontinuierlichen Entgasung von Reaktionsprodukten aus einer Carbonsäure oder Dicarbonsäuren mit einem mehrfunktionalen Alkohol, die zur Herstellung von Vorkondensaten (oder auch Prepolymeren) eingesetzt werden kann und in der durch die Konstruktion und Anordnung der modularen Böden ein reaktionstechnisch hohes Verhältnis von Produktoberfläche zu Produktvolumen erreicht wird, welches proportional zur Erzeugung der intrinsischen Viskosität (IV) der Reaktionsproduktmasse von 0,20 - 0,35 dl/g ist. Diese Vorrichtung ist standardisiert und modular gestaltet und besteht aus mindestens 3 Modulen, die einen niedrigen Temperaturgradienten zwischen Produktmasse und Wärmeträgermedium gewährleisten: 1. Produkteintritt 2. Produktaustritt mit Produktsumpf und Beheizung, 3. Brüdensammlung und Brüdenaustritt. Zur nachträglichen Erhöhung der Reaktorkapazität können flach ausgef ührte Erweiterungsmodule zur zusätzlichen Generierung von Produktoberf läche nachtgerüstet werden. Die Vorrichtung gewährleistet eine hohe spe zi fische Produktoberfläche zur Maximierung des Stoffaustausches von niedrig siedenden Bestandteilen aus dem Produkt bei gleichzeitigem Ausschluss von Anbackungen kondens ierter und verfestigender Bestandteile an der Reaktorhülle.

The invention relates to a modular device for the continuous degassing of reaction products of a carboxylic acid or a polycarboxylic acid with a multi-functional alcohol, suitable for application in the production of precondensates (or also prepolymers) and in which a high reaction ratio of product surface to product volume can be achieved by means of the construction and arrangement of the modular plates which corresponds to the generation of an intrinsic viscosity (IV) for the reaction product mass of 0.20 - 0.35 dl/g. Said device has a standard and modular embodiment and comprises at least three modules guaranteeing a low temperature gradient between product mass and heat transfer medium: 1. product inlet, 2. product outlet with a product sump and heating, 3. vapour collector and vapour exhaust. For subsequent increase of reactor capacity, planar embodied extension modules for the generation of additional product surface can be retro-fitted. The device guarantees a high specific product surface for maximizing the material exchange of low boiling components from the product with simultaneous avoidance of adhesive condensed solid components on the reactor shell.

L'invention concerne un dispositif modulaire pour dégazer en continu des produits réactionnels d'un acide carboxylique ou d'acides dicarboxyliques avec un alcool polyvalent, ce dispositif pouvant servir à produire des précondensats (ou bien des prépolymères). La conception et la disposition des fonds modulaires de ce dispositif permettent d'atteindre un rapport élevé du point de vue réactionnel entre la surface et le volume du produit, ce rapport étant de 0,20 - 0,35 dl/g proportionnellement à la génération de la viscosité intrinsèque (IV) de la masse du produit réactionnel. De conception standardisée et modulaire, ce dispositif comprend au moins trois modules qui fournissent un faible gradient thermique entre masse du produit et milieu caloporteur, ces modules étant l'entrée du produit, la sortie du produit avec réservoir et chauffage, et la collecte et la sortie des fumées. Pour augmenter la capacité du réacteur a posteriori, des modules d'extension plats peuvent être ajoutés pour générer une plus grande surface de produit. Ce dispositif assure une surface spécifique de produit élevée pour maximiser le transfert de matière d'éléments à bas point d'ébullition hors du produit, tout en excluant simultanément l'adhérence d'éléments condensés et compactés sur l'enveloppe du réacteur.
