Abstract
(EN)
Subject of the invention is a method for generating neural stem cells in vitro, wherein dental progenitor cells are isolated from soft tissue of tooth or wisdom tooth and cultivated until they form primary spheres which are then dissociated into single cells. These single cells are cultivated until they form spheroids and the spheroid-forming cells are separated to obtain neural stem cells.

La présente invention concerne un procédé permettant de générer des cellules souche neuronales in vitro, dans lequel des cellules progénitrices dentaires sont isolées du tissu mou d'une dent ou d'une dent de sagesse et cultivées jusqu'à ce qu'elles forment des sphères primaires qui sont ensuite dissociées en cellules simples. Ces cellules simples sont cultivées jusqu'à ce qu'elles forment des sphéroïdes et les cellules formant des sphéroïdes sont séparées de façon à obtenir des cellule souches neuronales.
