Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Überprüfung der Kompatibilität zwischen zwei Softwarekomponenten eines Steuergerätenetzwerks, wobei jeder Softwarekomponente wenigstens eine technische Schnittstellenbeschreibung zugeordnet ist, die einem bestimmten Beschreibungsstandard zugehört, und wobei jeder Beschreibungsstandard eine hierarchische Position in einer Vererbungshierarchie aller möglichen Beschreibungsstandards aufweist, wobei anhand der Vererbungshierarchie der in der Vererbungshierarchie nächstliegendste gemeinsame Beschreibungsstandard der zu vergleichenden Softwarekomponenten ermittelt wird und anhand des gemeinsamen Beschreibungsstandards der gemeinsame Anteil der jeweiligen Schnittstellenbeschreibungen ermittelt und miteinander verglichen wird.

The invention relates to a method for checking the compatibility between two software components of a control device network, a technical interface description being assigned to each software component, this interface description belonging to a specified description standard, and each description standard having a hierarchical position in an inheritance hierarchy of all possible description standards. The common description standard, which is nearest in the inheritance hierarchy, of the software components to be compared is determined based on the inheritance hierarchy, and the common portion of the respective interface descriptions is determined based on the common description standard of the common portion of the respective interface descriptions and compared with one another.

L'invention concerne un procédé pour contrôler la compatibilité entre deux composants logiciels d'un réseau d'appareils de commande, au moins une description technique d'interface relevant d'un standard de description déterminé étant associée à chaque composant logiciel. Selon l'invention, chaque standard de description présente une position hiérarchique dans une hiérarchie d'héritage de tous les standards de description possibles. Le standard de description commun des composants logiciels à comparer le plus proche dans la hiérarchie d'héritage est déterminé à l'aide de cette hiérarchie d'héritage, la part commune des descriptions d'interface respectives est déterminée à l'aide de ce standard de description commun et les différentes parts communes sont comparées.
