Abstract
(EN)
The invention relates to mechanical engineering, in particular to gears for transmitting a rotational motion and can be used for transport means, mechanical and electromechanical devices requiring a continuous speed variation. The inventive variable sped gear comprises a conical drive shaft, a driven shaft provided with an intermediate roller which is mounted in such a way that it is axially displaceable and a reverse shaft provided with a friction element which is freely arranged thereon, wherein said drive shaft is embodied in the form of a truncated cone. Said invention makes it possible to simplify the structural design of a simple multipurpose variable-speed fear.
