Provided are a low-voltage noise preventing circuit using an abrupt metal-insulator transition (MIT) device which can effectively remove a noise signal with a voltage less than a rated signal voltage. The abrupt MIT device is serially connected to the electrical and/or electronic system to be protected from the noise signal, and is subject to abrupt MIT at a predetermined voltage. Accordingly, low-voltage noise can be effectively removed.

L'invention fournit un circuit de prévention de bruit à basse tension utilisant un composant de transition brusque métal-isolant (MIT) qui peut éliminer efficacement un signal de bruit présentant une tension inférieure à la tension nominale d'un signal. Le composant à transition MIT brusque est relié en série au système électrique et/ou électronique à protéger du signal de bruit et il est soumis à une transition MIT brusque à une tension prédéterminée. En conséquence on peut efficacement éliminer un bruit à basse tension.
