Abstract
(EN)
A system incorporates Time Hopping and Transmitted Reference UWB signalling in the same wireless network. A transmitter modulates a sequence of bits in a wireless communications network by selecting one coding sequence from a set of orthogonal or quasi-orthogonal coding sequences based on a current subsequence of bits of the input sequence, generating a reference waveform and a data waveform of a waveform pair for each sequence.

Ce système permet d'intégrer dans un même réseau radio la signalisation à bande ultralarge d'une séquence à échappement et d'une référence transmise. Pour moduler une séquence binaire dans un réseau de communications radio, l'émetteur sélectionne une séquence codante dans un ensemble de séquences codantes orthogonales ou quasi-orthogonales en se référant à une sous-séquence binaire courante de la séquence d'entrée, puis génère un signal de référence et un signal numérique d'une paire de signaux pour chacune des séquences.
