Abstract

There is provided a display which can be effectively cooled without attaching a cooling element or member to an electronic component or an electric component. A ceramic layer or a layer containing ceramic is formed on at least any one of following surfaces: the surface of a member juxtaposed to electronic/electric component, the surface opposing to the electronic/electric component the surface of the member opposite to the aforementioned surface, the surface of the electronic/electric component, and the surface of a substrate opposite to the surface where the electronic/electric component is mounted.

La présente invention décrit un écran qui peut être efficacement refroidi sans fixer d'élément ou de pièce de refroidissement sur un composant électronique ou un composant électrique.
