A dielectric forming sheet that is used to form a dielectric layer capable of avoiding any generation of air bubbles beside an electrode on a glass substrate. It is also intended to provide a transfer sheet, a process for producing a dielectric layer provided substrate, a dielectric layer provided substrate and a plasma display panel. There is provided a dielectric forming sheet comprising a film forming material layer wherein the volume ratio between inorganic powder and organic component, organic component/inorganic powder, is in the range of 0.05 to 0.6, the film forming material layer on its one major surface side overlaid with a viscoelastic layer.

L’invention concerne une feuille de formation de diélectrique utilisée pour former une couche diélectrique capable d’éviter la génération de bulles d’air à côté d’une électrode sur un substrat en verre. L’invention a également pour objet de fournir une feuille de transfert, un procédé de production d’un substrat pourvu d’une couche diélectrique, un substrat pourvu d’une couche diélectrique et un écran plasma. L’invention prévoit une feuille de formation diélectrique comprenant une couche d'un matériau filmogène dans laquelle le rapport volumique entre une poudre minérale et un composant organique (composant organique/poudre minérale) s’inscrit dans l’intervalle allant de 0,05 à 0,6, la couche de matériau filmogène étant recouverte, sur l’une de ses surfaces principales, d’une couche viscoélastique.

 ガラス基板上の電極脇に大気泡を生じさせることのない誘電体層を形成するための誘電体形成シートを提供することを目的とする。また、転写シート、誘電体層形成基板の製造方法、誘電体層形成基板、及びプラズマディスプレイパネルを提供することを目的とする。本発明は、無機粉体と有機成分との体積比率が、有機成分/無機粉体=0.05~0.6である膜形成材料層の片面に粘弾性層が積層されている誘電体形成シートに関する。
