Abstract
(EN)
A measurement system (110, 120) and method are presented for use for non-invasive measurements in a human body. Acoustic radiation (225) is applied to a certain illuminated region (200) in the body, with at least two different conditions of the applied radiation achievable by varying at least one characteristic of the acoustic radiation. Light scattered from the body part is detected (102A), and measured data indicative of detected photons tagged and untagged by the acoustic radiation is generated. The measured data is analyzed to extract therefrom a data portion corresponding to the tagged photons and being therefore associated with a light response of said certain region, thereby enabling determination of tissue properties of said certain region based on a relation between the measured data portions corresponding to the at least two different operating conditions.

La présente invention a trait à un système (110, 120) et un procédé de mesure destiné à être utilisé pour des mesures non invasives dans un corps humain. Un rayonnement acoustique (225) est appliqué à une certaine zone éclairée (200) dans le corps, avec au moins deux conditions différentes du rayonnement appliqué susceptibles d'être obtenues par la variation d'au moins une caractéristique du rayonnement acoustique. La lumière diffusée depuis la partie corporelle est détectée (102A), et une donnée mesurée indiquant des photons marqués et non marqués par le rayonnement acoustique est générée. La donnée mesurée est analysée pour en extraire une portion de donnée correspondant aux photons marqués et étant donc associés à une réaction lumineuse de ladite certaine zone, permettant ainsi la détermination de propriétés de tissu de ladite certaine zone basée sur une relation entre les portions de donnée mesurée correspondant aux dites au moins deux conditions différentes de fonctionnement.
