Abstract

A stack of metallic laminations, a metallic lamination and a process for forming a lamination stack. The stack of laminations comprises at least one locking lamination (10) provided with at least two locking openings (11) and at least one passage lamination (20) comprising at least two passage openings (23), each locking lamination (10) incorporating a tab (12) that passes through a passage opening (13, 23) of a lamination seated against the locking lamination (10), said tab (12) being bent so as to be contained in said passage opening (23) and seated on an edge portion (14) of the latter, deformed to the inside of the locking opening (11) of the locking lamination (10), and at least one of the parts of locking lamination (10) and passage lamination (20) further comprising a lock means (30) actuating in a lock receiving means (40) provided in the other of said parts.

L’invention concerne un empilement de stratifiés métalliques, un stratifié métallique et un procédé de fabrication d’un empilement de stratifiés. L’empilement de stratifiés comprend au moins un stratifié de verrouillage (10) doté d’au moins deux ouvertures de verrouillage (11) et au moins un stratifié de passage (20) comprenant au moins deux ouvertures de passage (23), chaque stratifié de verrouillage (10) incorporant une languette (12) qui traverse une ouverture de passage (13, 23) d’un stratifié reposant contre le stratifié de verrouillage (10), ladite languette (12) étant pliée de façon à tenir dans ladite ouverture de passage (23) et à reposer sur une partie de bord (14) de celle-ci, déformée vers l’intérieur de l’ouverture de verrouillage (11) du stratifié de verrouillage (10). Au moins une des parties du stratifié de verrouillage (10) et du stratifié de passage (20) comprend en outre un moyen de verrou (30) actionné dans un moyen récepteur de verrou (40) ménagé dans l’autre desdites parties.
