Abstract

There is disclosed a method for treating a feed stream comprising sunflower oil, sunflower wax, and water, involving the adjustment of the pH of the feed stream to form a lipophilic phase and an aqueous phase which phases are separated to form a lipophilic stream and an aqueous stream. Also disclosed are methods for treating a lipophilic stream comprising sunflower wax and sunflower oil to form a solid wax and an extract or a solution comprising oil.

L'invention concerne un procédé de traitement d'un flux d'entrée comprenant de l'huile de tournesol, de la cire de tournesol et de l'eau. Le procédé comporte les étapes consistant à: régler le pH du flux d'entrée afin de former une phase lipophile et une phase aqueuse; séparer les phases afin de former un flux lipophile et un flux aqueux. L'invention concerne aussi des procédés de traitement d'un flux lipophile comprenant de la cire de tournesol et de l'huile de tournesol, en vue de former une cire solide et un extrait ou une solution comprenant de l'huile.
