Proposed are a system and a method for shaking down loose materials in distribution reservoirs, comprising a tank for compressed air, formed by a pipe, pneumatic impulse devices with loose material bridging sensors connected to the pressure tank, and a control unit receiving signals from the sensors and sending instructions to control the valves of the pneumatic impulse devices. The pneumatic impulse device includes a quick-acting valve and a discharge pipe whose length, with a specified inside diameter and a specified valve opening time, is selected so as to provide generation, in the discharge pipe, of a shock wave used for efficient shakedown of the bridged loose material.

Cette invention concerne un système et un procédé servant à décoller par vibrations des matières en vrac dans des silos de distribution, ce système et ce procédé utilisant un réservoir à air comprimé, formé par un tuyau, des dispositifs à impulsions pneumatiques pourvus de capteurs de pontage de matières en vrac raccordés au réservoir sous pression, et une unité de commande recevant les signaux provenant des capteurs et envoyant des instructions pour commander les soupapes des dispositifs à impulsions pneumatiques. Le dispositifs à impulsions pneumatiques comprennent une soupape à action rapide et un tuyau de décharge dont la longueur, avec un diamètre interne spécifié et une période d'ouverture de soupape spécifiée, est sélectionnée pour produire, dans le tuyau de décharge, une onde de choc servant à décoller efficacement par vibrations la matière en vrac pontée.
