The invention relates to chemically recycling rubber-containing and other industrial and domestic wastes into motor fuel componenets and a raw material for base organic, petrochemical and biochemical synthesis, for producing anode masse for electrothermal and electrochemical factories, hydro-, heat- and sound-insulating materials and a road building asphalt concrete. The inventive method consists in thermocatalytically liquefying wastes at a temperature of 200-320 °C and a pressure ranging from 1 to 3 MPa in a hydrocarbon solvent, in subsequently separating liquid products and in carrying out the rectification thereof for obtaining target products. Said hydrocarbon solvent is embodied in the form of a mixture of alkylbenzene-containing hydrocarbons and a hydrocarbon hydrogen-dopant solvent having a lesser induction effect time, for example, tetralin or a paraffin-naphthenic oil fraction, whose boiling point ranges from 230 to 280 °C. Said invention makes it possible to substantially reduce the induction time of a thermolysis process by the greater hydrogen activity of the second solvent, to increase the atomic hydrogen or the liquid phase use factor for recombinating low-molecular radical thermolysis products of the waste organic materials, to increase the performance of a reaction device and to improve the process economic parameter.

Cette invention relève du recyclage chimique de déchets contenant du caoutchouc ainsi que d'autres déchets organiques industriels et domestiques en composants de combustible pour moteur et en matière première pour l'industrie de synthèse pétrochimique et biochimique organique de base pour la production d'une masse anodique pour des entreprises électrothermiques et électrochimiques, des matériaux hydrofuges, d'isolation thermique et insonorisants et de béton asphaltique pour la construction de routes. Le procédé de cette invention consiste à liquéfier les déchets par un processus thermocatalytique à une température comprise entre 200 et 320 °C et sous une pression comprise entre 1 et 3 MPa dans un solvant hydrocarboné, puis à séparer les produits liquides et à les rectifier de façon qu'on obtienne les produits cibles. On utilise comme solvant hydrocarboné un mélange composé d'hydrocarbures contenant de l'alkylbenzène et d'un solvant hydrogène-dopant hydrocarboné présentant une durée d'effet d'induction inférieure, tel que la tétraline ou des fractions de pétrole paraffinique-naphténique, dont le point d'ébullition est compris entre 230 et 280 °C. Cette invention permet de réduire considérablement le temps d'induction d'un processus de thermolyse du fait de la plus grande activité Hydrogène-dopant du second solvant, d'augmenter le facteur d'utilisation de l'hydrogène atomique ou de la phase liquide pour recombiner des produits de thermolyse radicaux de faible poids moléculaire de matière organique de déchets, d'augmenter le rendement d'un appreil de réaction et d'améliorer l'indice économique du processus.

Изобретение относится к химической переработке резиносодержащих, а также промышленных и бытовых органических отходов в компоненты моторного топлива и сырье для промышленности основного органического, нефтехимического и биохимического синтеза, производству анодной массы для электротермических и электрохимической предприятии, гидра-, тепло- и звукоизоляционных материалов, асфальтобетона для дорожного строительства. Способ осуществляют путём термокаталитического ожижения отходов при температуре 200-320°С, давлении 1-3 МПа в углеводородном растворителе с последующим отделением жидких продуктов и их ректификацией с получением целевых продуктов. В качестве углеводородного растворителя используют смесь алкилбензолсодержащих углеводородов с углеводородным водорододонорным растворителем, имеющим меньшее время индукционного эффекта, например, тетралин или фракции парафиново-нафтеновой нефти с пределом выкипания 230-280°С. Изобретение позволяет существенно уменьшить индукционный период процесса термолиза за счет более высокой водорододонорной активности второго растворителя, повысить коэффициент использования атомарного водорода или жидкой фазы для рекомбинации низкомолекулярных радикальных продуктов термолиза органического материала отходов, увеличить производительность реакционного аппарата, улучшить экономические показатели процесса.
