An RF signal processing apparatus includes a transmit/receive signal separator, an RF signal transceiver module and a frequency generation unit. In this instance, the RF signal transceiver module is integrated into an MMIC chip. The present invention integrates principal configuration elements of the RF signal processing apparatus into an MMIC chip which can be manufactured in one process on a semiconductor substrate. Accordingly, miniaturization and lightness of the RF signal processing apparatus may be embodied. Also, inexpensiveness may be achieved by a semiconductor manufacturing process.

Cette invention concerne un appareil de traitement de signal RF, qui comprend un séparateur de signal de transmission/réception, un module émetteur/récepteur de signal RF et une unité génératrice de fréquence. Dans ce cas, le module émetteur/récepteur de signal RF est intégré dans une puce MMIC. Cette invention permet d'intégrer des éléments de configuration principale de l'appareil de traitement de signal RF dans une puce MMIC pouvant être fabriquée en un seul processus sur un substrat à semi-conducteur. Ainsi, on peut réaliser un appareil de traitement de signal RF miniaturisé et léger. En outre, des économies de coûts peuvent être obtenues par un procédé de fabrication de semi-conducteurs.
