Abstract

A composite sliding structure having a low friction coefficient and high wear resistance. The composite sliding structure (1) has segment structure hard films (2) placed, with hard films separated from each other, on the surface of a base substance (4), a segment groove (5) formed between the individual segment structure hard films (2, 2), and solid lubrication layers (3) placed in a covering manner in the segment grooves (5) or fluid-like lubrication layers (3’) placed in an impregnated manner in the segment groves (5). Further, a method of producing the composite sliding structure (1) is performed by forming, in a covering manner, the segment structure hard films (2) on the surface of the base substance (4) by using a physical vapor-phase growth method or a chemical vapor-phase growth method, and covering the segment grooves (5), provided between the segment structure hard films (2, 2) with intervals in between, with the solid lubrication layers (3) or impregnating the fluid-like lubrication layers (3’) in the segment grooves (5).

L’invention concerne une structure coulissante composite ayant un faible coefficient de friction et une forte résistance à l’usure. La structure coulissante composite (1) possède des films durs à structure segmentée (2) placés, les films durs étant séparés les uns des autres, à la surface d’une substance de base (4), une gorge segmentée (5) formée entre les films durs individuels à structure segmentée (2, 2), et des couches de lubrification solides (3) placées par recouvrement dans les gorges segmentées (5) ou des couches de lubrification de type fluide (3’) placées par imprégnation dans les gorges segmentées (5). En outre, elle concerne un procédé de fabrication de la structure coulissante composite (1) consistant à former, par recouvrement, les films durs à structure segmentée (2) à la surface de la substance de base (4) à l’aide d’un procédé de croissance en phase vapeur physique ou d’un procédé de croissance en phase vapeur chimique, et à recouvrir les gorges segmentées (5), entre les films durs à structure segmentée (2, 2) avec des intervalles entre ceux-ci, avec les couches de lubrification solides (3) ou à imprégner les couches de lubrification de type fluide (3’) dans les gorges segmentées (5).
