The invention provides a process for the production of polyisocyanate which permits effective utilization of hydrogen chloride formed in the production of polyisocyanate as a by-product and reduction in environment load, and equipment for realizing the process. Carbonyl chloride is formed in a reaction tank (2) for the production of carbonyl chloride by reacting chlorine with carbon monoxide, and then reacted with polyamine in an isocyanation tank (3) to form a polyisocyanate. Hydrogen chloride gas formed as a by-product in the tank (3) is purified in a hydrogen chloride purification column (4) and then oxidized in a hydrogen chloride oxidation tank (6) into chlorine. This chlorine is fed into the tank (2) through a chlorine recycling line (8) and reacted with carbon monoxide to form carbonyl chloride.

L’invention concerne un procédé de production de polyisocyanate permettant d’utiliser de manière efficace le chlorure d’hydrogène formé en tant que sous-produit lors de la production du polyisocyanate et permettant de réduire l’impact sur l’environnement. L’invention concerne également l’équipement nécessaire à la mise en œuvre du procédé. Du chlorure de carbonyle est formé dans une cuve de réaction (2) destinée à produire ce composé par réaction entre du chlore et du monoxyde de carbone. On fait ensuite réagir ce chlorure de carbonyle avec une polyamine dans une cuve d’isocyanation (3) pour former un polyisocyanate. Le chlorure d’hydrogène gazeux formé en tant que sous-produit dans la cuve (3) est purifié dans une colonne de purification de chlorure d’hydrogène (4), puis il est oxydé en chlore dans une cuve d’oxydation(6) du chlorure d’hydrogène. Ce chlore est introduit, via une ligne de recyclage du chlore (8), dans la cuve (2), où il réagit avec le monoxyde de carbone pour former le chlorure de carbonyle.

 ポリイソシアネート製造工程において副生した塩化水素を、有効利用しつつ、環境への負荷を低減することのできるポリイソシアネートの製造方法およびそのポリイソシアネートの製造方法を実現するためのポリイソシアネートの製造装置を提供する。  塩化カルボニル製造用反応槽2において、塩素と一酸化炭素とを反応させて塩化カルボニルを得た後、イソシアネート化反応槽3において、塩化カルボニル製造用反応槽2において得られた塩化カルボニルとポリアミンとを反応させてポリイソシアネートを得る。次いで、塩化水素精製塔4において、イソシアネート化反応槽3にて副生した塩化水素ガスを精製した後、塩化水素酸化槽6において、精製された塩化水素ガスを酸化して塩素を得る。その後、塩素再供給ライン8から、得られた塩素を、塩化カルボニル製造用反応槽2に供給して、一酸化炭素と反応させて塩化カルボニルを得る。
