Abstract

A method of manufacturing a run-flat tire capable of manufacturing a run-flat tire with excellent uniformity due to its less occurrence of eccentricity than in conventional methods by simple facility and steps. The method comprises a step for disposing an inner liner rubber (19), reinforcement rubber members (18) reinforcing side wall parts on both sides, and a carcass ply (14) at the prescribed outer peripheral positions of a molding drum, a step for disposing a pair of first beads (1a) and bead fillers (12) and toroidally deforming the inside of the first bead (1a), a step for curling up and stamping the end part (14b) of the carcass ply (14), a step for stamping rubber members (13a) and (13b) forming annular swelled parts on the sides of the bead filler (12) of a toroidal formed product, and a step for forming second beads (1b) by spirally stamping cords (BW) on the formed product while rotating the formed product after that stamping about the axis thereof.

Procédé de fabrication de pneu pour roulage à plat, permettant de fabriquer un pneu pour roulage à plat avec une excellente uniformité du fait de la moindre occurrence d'excentricité par rapport aux procédés classiques, et ce avec des installations et des étapes simples. Le procédé comprend une étape de disposition d'un caoutchouc de doublure intérieure (19), d'éléments de renforcement en caoutchouc (18) renforçant les parties de parois latérales des deux côtés, et d'une nappe de carcasse (14) aux positions périphériques extérieures prescrites dans un tambour de moulage, une étape de disposition d'une paire de premières tringles (1a) et de bourrages de tringles (12) et de déformation toroïdale de l'intérieur de la première tringle (1a), une étape de cintrage et d'emboutissage de la partie terminale (14b) de la nappe de carcasse (14), une étape d'emboutissage des éléments en caoutchouc (13a) et (13b) formant des pièces annulaires gonflées sur les côtés des bourrages de tringles (12) d'un produit de forme toroïdale, et une étape de formation des deuxièmes tringles (1b) par emboutissage spiral de câbles (BW) sur le produit formé tout en faisant tourner le produit formé autour de son axe.

従来法と比較して偏心が生じにくいため、ユニフォミティが良好なランフラットタイヤを、簡易な設備及び工程で製造することができるランフラットタイヤの製造方法を提供する。成形ドラムの外周の所定位置にインナーライナーゴム19と両側サイドウォール部を補強する補強ゴム部材18とカーカスプライ14とを各々配設する工程と、一対の第1ビード1aおよびビードフィラー12を配設して、その第1ビード1aより内側をトロイド状に変形させる工程と、前記カーカスプライ14の端部14bを巻き上げて貼り付ける工程と、トロイド状の成形物の前記ビードフィラー12の側方に環状膨出部を構成するゴム部材13a,13bを貼り付ける工程と、貼り付け後の成形物を軸心回りに回転させながら、コードBWをらせん状に貼り付けて第2ビード1bを形成する工程と、を含む製造方法。
