Abstract

Disclosed is a ultraviolet-curable resin composition characterized by containing a composite resin (A) and a photoinitiator (B). The composite resin (A) has a polysiloxane segment (a1) having a silanol group and/or a hydrolyzable silyl group and a polymerizable double bond, and a polymer segment (a2) other than the polysiloxane segment (a1). The ultraviolet-curable resin composition is able to form a cured coating film having excellent weather resistance such as abrasion resistance, acid resistance, alkali resistance and solvent resistance without being heated.

L’invention concerne une composition de résine durcie aux ultraviolets et qui est caractérisée par le fait qu’elle contient une résine composite (A) et un photo-initiateur (B). La résine composite (A) possède un segment de polysiloxane (a1) qui contient un groupe silanol et/ou un groupe silyl hydrolysable et une double liaison polymérisable, et un segment de polymère (a2) autre que le segment de polysiloxane (a1). La composition de résine durcie aux ultraviolets est capable de former un revêtement durci présentant d’excellentes caractéristiques de résistance aux intempéries comme la résistance à l’abrasion, la résistance aux acides, la résistance aux alcalins et la résistance aux solvants sans avoir besoin d’être réchauffée.

 本発明は、シラノール基および/または加水分解性シリル基、並びに重合性二重結合を有するポリシロキサンセグメント(a1)と、前記ポリシロキサンセグメント(a1)以外の重合体セグメント(a2)とを有する複合樹脂(A)及び光開始剤(B)を含有することを特徴とする紫外線硬化性樹脂組成物を提供する。前記紫外線硬化性樹脂組成物は、加熱しなくても、耐擦り傷性、耐酸性、耐アルカリ性、耐溶剤性等の耐候性に優れる硬化塗膜を形成できる。
