A thin film fluorescent material wherein semiconductor nanoparticles in a glass matrix stably maintain a high light emitting efficiency and a high concentration status. Optical devices such as high luminance display device and lighting device using such thin film fluorescent material are also provided. The fluorescent material wherein the semiconductor nanoparticles having a light emitting efficiency of 15% or more and a diameter of 2-5 nanometers are dispersed at a concentration of 5×10-4 mol/liter or more in the glass matrix, and a method for manufacturing such fluorescent material are provided.

L’invention concerne un matériau fluorescent à film mince contenant des nanoparticules semi-conductrices dans une matrice de verre permettant de maintenir avec stabilité une efficacité luminescente élevée et une forte concentration. Elle concerne également des dispositifs optiques comme un dispositif d’affichage de forte luminance et un dispositif d’éclairage utilisant un tel matériau fluorescent à film mince. Le matériau fluorescent dans lequel sont dispersées les nanoparticules semi-conductrices ayant une efficacité luminescente supérieure ou égale à 15% et un diamètre de 2 à 5 nanomètres à une concentration supérieure ou égale à 5 × 10-4 mol/litre dans la matrice de verre, et un procédé de fabrication dudit matériau fluorescent sont divulgués.

 本発明は、ガラスマトリックス中において半導体ナノ粒子が安定的に高い発光効率を保持しかつ高濃度状態を保持できる薄膜蛍光体を提供する。また、本発明は、該薄膜蛍光体を用いた高輝度の表示装置や照明装置などの光デバイスを提供する。ガラスマトリックス中に発光効率15%以上の直径2~5ナノメートルの半導体ナノ粒子が濃度5×10-4モル/リットル以上で分散してなる蛍光体、及びその製造方法に関する。
