In a fuel cell system including a solid state polymer type fuel cell, the wet state of the electrolyte film of the fuel cell stack is judged according to the irregularities of the AC impedance of the fuel cell stack. For example, when the moisture amount of the electrolyte film is appropriate, the value of the AC impedance is almost constant and has small irregularities. Moreover, when the moisture amount of the electrolyte film is too much, the value of the AC impedance changes greatly. It should be noted that the AC impedance of the fuel cell stack is measured by analyzing the frequency of the high-frequency noise generated from the inverter arranged in the fuel cell system.

Dans un système de piles à combustible comprenant une pile à combustible de type polymère à l’état solide, l’état humide du film électrolytique de l’empilement de piles à combustible est évalué en fonction des irrégularités de l’impédance a.c de l’empilement de piles à combustible. Lorsque, par exemple, la teneur en humidité du film électrolytique est appropriée, la valeur de l’impédance a.c est quasi constante et présente des irrégularités mineures. De plus, lorsque la teneur en humidité du film électrolytique est trop élevée, la valeur de l’impédance a.c change considérablement. Il est à noter que l’impédance a.c de l’empilement de piles à combustible est mesurée en analysant la fréquence du bruit haute-fréquence généré par l’onduleur disposé dans le système de piles à combustible.

 固体高分子型燃料電池を備える燃料電池システムにおいて、燃料電池スタックの交流インピーダンスのばらつきに基づいて、燃料電池スタックの電解質膜の湿潤状態を判断する。例えば、電解質膜の水分量が適正な場合には、交流インピーダンスの値は、ほぼ一定で、ばらつきが小さい。また、電解質膜の水分量が過多である場合には、交流インピーダンスの値は、大きくばらつく。なお、燃料電池スタックの交流インピーダンスは、燃料電池システムに備えられたインバータから発生する高周波ノイズを周波数解析することによって測定する。
