[PROBLEMS] To provide a blade for a vertical shaft windmill capable of easily suppressing the excessive rise of the rotating speed of the windmill by a simple mechanical structure when the rotating speed rises beyond a prescribed value when wind is blowing at a high velocity and a lift type vertical shaft windmill having the blade. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] This blade (1) comprises an air brake (2) and a bearing (3) mounted on the trailing edge side thereof from the gravity center of the air brake (2). The air brake (2) is rotatably mounted in the blade (1) through the bearing (3). Also, a spring receiving plate (6) of roughly S-shape is mounted on the front inner surface of the air brake (2). The spring receiving plate (6) is largely projected forward of the air brake (2) and energized by a spring material (7) stored at the front part of a wind receiving chamber (12). When the rotating speed of the windmill rises beyond the prescribed value, the leading edge side of the air brake (2) is projected from the surface of a wing by a centrifugal force, and the trailing edge side of the air brake (2) is sunk from the surface of the wing. Accordingly, since an air resistance producing part is formed, the rise of the rotating speed of the windmill can be suppressed.

La présente invention concerne une aube pour éolienne à axe vertical, capable de neutraliser facilement l'augmentation excessive de la vitesse de rotation de l'éolienne au moyen d'une structure mécanique simple lorsque la vitesse de rotation augmente au-delà d'une valeur prescrite par grand vent, ainsi qu'une éolienne à portance à arbre vertical munie de ladite aube. La présente aube (1) comporte un aérofrein (2) et un palier (3) monté du côté du bord de fuite par rapport au centre de gravité de l'aérofrein (2). L'aérofrein (2) est monté de manière pivotante dans l'aube (1) par l'intermédiaire du palier (3). De plus, une plaque-support de ressort (6) sensiblement en forme de S est montée sur la surface intérieure avant de l'aérofrein (2). La plaque-support de ressort (6) fait largement saillie en avant de l'aérofrein (2) et est actionnée par un matériau élastique (7) logé à la partie avant d'un compartiment récepteur de vent (12). Lorsque la vitesse de rotation de l'éolienne dépasse la valeur prescrite, le côté du bord d'attaque de l'aérofrein (2) fait saillie par rapport à la surface de l'aube sous l'effet de la force centrifuge, et le côté du bord de fuite de l'aérofrein (2) est escamoté sous la surface de l'aube. Par conséquent, comme une partie offrant une résistance à l'air est formée, l'augmentation de la vitesse de rotation de l'éolienne peut être neutralisée.

【課題】簡単な機械的構成で、高風速時に風車の回転速度が所定値以上に上昇したとき容易に回転速度の過度上昇を抑制することができる垂直軸風車用ブレード及びそれを備えた揚力型垂直軸風車を提供する。 【解決手段】 ブレード1にエアブレーキ2が設けられ、このエアブレーキ2の重心より後縁寄りの位置には軸受3を有し、エアブレーキ2は軸受3を介してブレード1に回動可能に装着される。また、エアブレーキ2の前部内側面には、ほぼS字形のバネ受板6が取付けられ、このバネ受板6はエアブレーキ2の前方に大きく突出し、風受室12の前部寄りに収容されているバネ材7により付勢されている。風車の回転速度が所定値以上に上昇したとき、エアブレーキ2の前縁側は遠心力により翼面から突出し、またエアブレーキ2の後縁側は翼面より内側に沈むことにより空気抵抗発生部を形成することで、風車の回転速度の上昇を抑制する。
