A process for producing a catalyst for discharge gas treatment. It can reduce the amount of a noble metal to be deposited and thereby attains a reduction in production cost. The process, which is for producing a catalyst for the treatment of a discharge gas containing carbon monoxide and volatile organic compounds, comprises dissolving at least one metal salt to prepare an aqueous metal salt solution as a pH buffer, reducing the aqueous metal salt solution while keeping the pH constant to prepare a colloidal metal solution, and immersing a support in the colloidal metal solution to deposit the metal on the support. The amount of each metal thus deposited can be as small as 0.7 g/L or below.

Procédé de fabrication d’un catalyseur pour le traitement de gaz refoulés. Ce procédé peut réduire la quantité de métal noble à déposer, et permet ainsi une diminution des coûts de production. Le procédé, qui consiste à fabriquer un catalyseur pour le traitement d’un gaz de refoulement contenant du monoxyde de carbone et des composés organiques volatiles, comprend la dissolution d’au moins un sel métallique, afin de préparer une solution aqueuse de sel métallique, utilisée comme tampon pH, la réduction de la solution aqueuse de sel métallique tout en maintenant un pH constant, afin d’obtenir une solution colloïdale métallique, et l’immersion d’un support dans la solution colloïdale métallique afin de déposer le métal sur le support. La quantité de chaque métal ainsi déposé peut être aussi faible que 0,7 g/L ou moins.

 担持する貴金属の少量化を可能とし、製造コストの低減させる排ガス処理用触媒の製造方法を提供する。  一酸化炭素及び揮発性有機化合物を含有する排ガス処理用触媒の製造方法において、少なくとも一種の金属塩を溶解した金属塩水溶液をpH緩衝液として調製し、pHを一定に維持しつつ上記金属塩水溶液を還元処理して金属コロイド溶液を調製し、該金属コロイド溶液中に担体を浸漬させ、該担体に金属を担持させることとした。上記金属の一種当たりの担持量は、0.7g/L以下とすることができる。
