Abstract

The invention concerns a refractory tile for protecting an internal wall (46) of a gasification reactor, having two aligned fixing points, any two adjacent fixing points of the alignment being spaced apart by a constant distance A, first (44) and last (46) fixing points of the alignment being spaced apart, in the direction of the alignment, by distances &agr;1 and &agr;2 from the first (40) and second (42) edges of the tile extending proximate the first (44) and last (46) fixing points, respectively. The tile is characterized in that D = A - (&agr;1+&agr;2) ranging between 2 mm and 10 mm.

Tuile réfractaire destiné à protéger une paroi interne (46) d'une réacteur de gazéification, présentant un alignement d'au moins deux points de fixation, deux points de fixation adjacents quelconques de l'alignement étant espacés d'une distance constante A, des premier (44) et dernier (46) points de fixation de l'alignement étant écartés, dans la direction de l'alignement, par des distances &agr;1 et &agr;2 de premier (40) et deuxième (42) bords de la tuile s'étendant à proximité des premier (44) et dernier (46) points de fixation, respectivement. La tuile est remarquable en ce que D = A - (&agr;1 + &agr;2 ) est compris entre 2 mm et 10 mm.
