Eine Klemmhülse (10) zur lösbaren Halterung eines längsausgedehnten Bauteils (30) an einem Träger (20), der wenigstens ein Durchgangs-Gewindeloch (25) aufweist, hat einen darin einschraubbaren Hülsenschaft (12) mit einer zu dem Bauteil (30) formgleichen Ausnehmung (22), in die es mit Schiebesitz einfügbar ist. Der Hülsenschaft (12) weist ein Außengewinde (14) mit wenigstens einem achsparallelen Schlitz (16) auf. Der Nenndurchmesser des Außengewindes (14) ist gleich dem des Gewindelochs (25). Den Durchmesser des Außengewindes (14) kann ein Kopf (15) des Hülsenschafts (12), der Formflächen (26) zum Ansatz eines Werkzeugs aufweist, mit seiner Flanschfläche (24) überragen. Die sich zum freien Ende (13) hin insbesondere konisch erweiternde Ausnehmung (22) reicht bis in den Kopf (15) hinein oder sie durchsetzt ihn. An einem Rohr- oder Flachstahl-Körper (20), der wenigstens ein dazu in einem Winkel verlaufendes Durchgangs-Gewindeloch (25) hat, kann man Klemmhülsen (10) ohne Kopf verwenden, deren Schaftlänge höchstens gleich der Dicke des Trägers (20) ist. Die daran zu halternden Bauteile (30) können Geländerstäbe, Rohre o.dgl. sein. Zur System-Verbindung eignen sich Doppelklemmhülsen (35), auch bei weiteren Anwendungen wie Gleitlagerungen, Wellen-Naben-Verbindungen, Wellenkupplungen u.dgl., wobei die Einstellbarkeit der Klemmkraft überaus vorteilhaft ist.

A clamping sleeve (10) for detachably mounting a longitudinally extended component (30) on a support (20), said support (20) having at least one threaded through hole (25), has a sleeve shank (12) which can be screwed into said threaded through hole (25) and has a recess (22) which is of the same shape as the component (30) and into which said component (30) can be inserted with a push fit. The sleeve shaft (12) has an outer thread (14) with at least one axially parallel slot (16). The nominal diameter of the outer thread (14) is equal to that of the threaded hole (25). A flange face (24) of a head (15) of the sleeve shank (12) can project beyond the diameter of the outer thread (14), said sleeve shank (12) having shaped faces (26) for the engagement of a tool. The recess (22), which in particular widens conically in the direction of the free end (13), extends into or passes through the head (15). It is possible to use clamping sleeves (10) which do not have heads, and whose shank length is no more than equal to the thickness of the support (20), on a tubular or flat steel body (20) which has at least one threaded through hole (25) which runs at an angle relative thereto. The components (30) which are to be mounted on said support (20) can be banisters, tubes or the like. Double clamping sleeves (35) are suitable for the purpose of connecting systems, and also in further applications such as slide bearing arrangements, shaft/hub connections, shaft clutches and the like, where clamping force adjustability is particularly advantageous.

L'invention concerne une douille de serrage (10) permettant de fixer de manière amovible un composant (30) allongé à un support (20) qui présente au moins un orifice fileté traversant (25). Cette douille de serrage comprend une tige de douille (12) pourvue d'un évidement (22) ayant une forme identique à celle du composant (30) et dans lequel ce composant peut être inséré avec un ajustement appuyé. La tige de douille (12) présente un filetage externe (14) et au moins une fente (16) parallèle à l'axe. Le diamètre nominal du filetage externe (14) est égal à celui du trou taraudé (25). Une tête (15) de tige de douille (12) qui présente des surfaces de moulage (26) permettant de fixer un outil, peut dépasser le diamètre du filetage externe (14) par sa surface flasque (24). L'évidement (22) qui s'élargit de manière notamment conique jusqu'à l'extrémité libre (13), pénètre dans la tête (15) ou la traverse. Avec un corps tubulaire ou en acier plat (20) présentant au moins un trou taraudé traversant (25) qui forme un angle avec le corps, on peut utiliser des douilles de serrage (10) sans tête et ayant une longueur de tige au moins égale à l'épaisseur du support (20). Les composants (30) à maintenir dessus peuvent être des barreaux, des tubes ou équivalent. Pour une liaison de système, on utilise des douilles de serrage doubles (35) même pour d'autres utilisations, telles que des paliers de glissement, des liaisons arbre-moyeu, des accouplements d'arbres et équivalent. Le réglage de la force de serrage s'avère très avantageux.
