Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Drehübertrager beispielsweise für den Einsatz in Werkzeugmaschinen mit Verstellwerkzeugen. Der Drehübertrager umfasst einen Statorteil (18) und einen Rotorteil (26) mit je einer statorseitigen und einer rotorseitigen, an einer der zugewandten Enden über einen Luftspalt voneinander getrennten Kernpartie (72, 74), mit je mindestens einer auf die statorseitige und die rotorseitige Kernpartie aufgewickelten Energiewicklung (76, 78) für die Energieübertragung nach dem Transformatorprinzip, und mit einander paarweise zugeordneten, stator- und rotorseitigen Kopplungswindungen (80', 80'', 82', 82'') für die induktive Datenübertragung. Ziel der Erfindung ist eine störungsfreie Datenübertragung. Ein weiteres Ziel ist ein geringer Wartungsaufwand. Um dies zu erreichen, wird gemäß der Erfindung primär vorgeschlagen, dass die Kopplungswindungen (80', 80'', 82', 82'') durch Teile der jeweiligen Kernpartien (72, 74) vom Bereich der Energiewicklungen (76, 78) getrennt und von diesen abgeschirmt sind und unter Bildung je einer räumlich gekrümmten Schleife im zugehörigen Stator- und Rotorteil (18, 26) angeordnet sind.

The invention relates to a rotational transmitter for example for using in machine tools with adjustment tools. Said rotational transmitter comprises a stator part (18) and a rotor part (26), each comprising a core part (72, 74) on the stator side and on the rotor side, said core parts being separated from each other by an air gap, on one of the facing ends. The stator part and the rotor part also comprise at least one energy winding (76, 78) which is wound on the stator-side and rotor-side core parts and used for the transmission of energy according to the transformer principle, and stator-side and rotor-side coupling windings (80', 80'', 82', 82'') which are associated with each other in pairs for the inductive data transmission. The aim of the invention is to enable interference-free data transmission and to reduce the maintenance cost. To this end, the coupling windings (80', 80'', 82', 82'') are separated from the region of the energy windings (76, 78) by parts of each core part (72, 74), are shielded therefrom, and arranged in the associated stator and rotor part (18, 26), respectively forming a spatially curved loop.

La présente invention concerne un système de transmission de rotation, par exemple utilisé dans des machines-outils avec des outils de réglage. Ce système de transmission de rotation comprend une partie stator (18) et une partie rotor (26), respectivement avec une partie de noyau côté stator et côté rotor (72, 74) qui sont séparées l'une de l'autre par un entrefer, sur une des extrémités se faisant face. Ces parties de noyau présentent respectivement au moins un enroulement énergétique (76, 78) enroulé sur la partie de noyau côté stator et côté rotor, qui permet la transmission d'énergie suivant le principe du transformateur, ainsi que des enroulements de couplage côté stator et côté rotor (80', 80'', 82', 82'') qui sont associés les uns aux autres par paires et qui permettent la transmission de données par induction. L'objectif de la présente invention est d'obtenir une transmission de données sans parasite, avec une maintenance très simple. A cette fin, les enroulements de couplage (80', 80'', 82', 82'') sont séparés de la zone des enroulements énergétiques (76, 78) par des pièces de chacune des parties de noyau (72, 74), sont protégés de celle-ci et sont placés dans la pièce de stator et de rotor associée (18, 26), formant respectivement une boucle incurvée dans l'espace.
