Ein erfindungsgemässer mehrteiliger Kunststoffverschluss ist so gestaltet, dass er einen erhöhten Innendruck im Behältnis, auf das der Verschluss angebracht ist, aufnehmen kann, unter Vermeidung von Verformungen, die die Dichtigkeit des Verschlusses beeinträchtigen. Der entsprechende mehrteilige Kunststoffverschluss besteht aus einem Unterteil (1) , der einen ersten Bereich mit einer Mantelfläche (11) aufweist, mit Innengewinde zum Aufschrauben auf ein Behältnis, und der oben durch eine Ausgussmündung (18) abgeschlossen ist. Die Ausgussmündung (18) weist eine Deckfläche (21) auf , die als Ringdichtfläche (38) reduziert und mittels Versteifungsmitteln (23) verstärkt ist. Eine zentrische Ausgussöffnung (22) ist mit Dichtmitteln (24) versehen, und in die zentrale Ausgussöffnung (22) fährt ein Dichtzapfen (29) ein, der an der Unterseite einer aufsetzbaren Schraubkappe (2) angeformt ist. Im Bereich der Mantelwand (25) der Schraubkappe (2) und dem Dichtzapfen (29) sind in der Deckfläche (27) ein oder mehrere Trinköffnungen (28) eingeformt. Der so gestaltete mehrteilige Kunststoffverschluss vermag auch relativ hohe Innendrücke im Behältnis abzudichten.

Disclosed is a multipart plastic closure that is designed so as to absorb an elevated internal pressure in the container on which the closure is mounted while avoiding deformations affecting the tightness of the closure. Said multipart plastic closure is composed of a bottom part (1) that is provided with a first region with an outer surface (11) and an internal thread in order to screw the closure onto a container while being closed at the top with the aid of a spout (18). The spout (18) is equipped with a covering area (21) which is reduced as an annular sealing area (38) and is reinforced using stiffening means (23). A central spout (22) is provided with sealing means (24) while a sealing plug (29) which is molded onto the bottom face of an attachable screw cap (2) penetrates into said central spout (22). One or several drinking holes (28) are molded into the covering area (27) in the region of the outer wall (25) of the screw cap (2) and the sealing plug (29). The inventive multipart plastic closure is able to seal also relatively great internal pressures in the container.

L'invention concerne une fermeture en plastique comprenant plusieurs parties et conçue, de manière à absorber une pression interne élevée dans un récipient, sur lequel la fermeture est montée, tout en évitant les déformations affectant l'épaisseur de la fermeture. Ladite fermeture plastique comprenant plusieurs parties est composée d'un fond (1) dotée d'une première région à surface extérieure (11) et d'un filetage interne, permettant de visser la fermeture sur un récipient, tout en étant fermé sur la partie supérieure, à l'aide d'un bec (18). Ledit bec (18) est équipé d'une zone de revêtement (21) qui est réduite comme une zone d'étanchéité annulaire (38) et il est renforcé au moyen de dispositifs de raidissement (23). Un bec central (22) est doté d'organes d'étanchéité (24), tandis qu'une fiche d'étanchéité (29), moulée dans le fond d'un capuchon à vis (2) pouvant être fixé, pénètre dans ledit bec central (22). Un ou plusieurs orifices de boisson (28) sont moulés dans la zone de revêtement (27), dans la région de la paroi extérieure (25) du bouchon à vis (2) et de la fiche d'étanchéité (29). La fermeture en plastique comprenant plusieurs parties de l'invention permet une étanchéité relativement élevée contre les pressions internes dans le récipient.
