A cooling tube assembly for operating on a malleable molded plastic part. The cooling tube assembly comprising a porous tube/insert having a profiled inner conditioning surface, and a vacuum structure configured to cooperate with the porous tube. In use, the vacuum develops a reduced pressure adjacent the inner conditioning surface to cause an outer surface of the malleable molded plastic part, locatable within the cooling tube assembly, to contact the inner conditioning surface of the porous insert so as to allow a substantial portion of the outer surface of the malleable part, upon cooling, to attain a profile substantially corresponding to the profile of the inner conditioning surface. The cooling tube assembly further including a suction channel therein that is configured to cooperate with a valve member for the control of a suction flow therethrough that assists in a transferring of the molded article into the cooling tube assembly.

La présente invention concerne un ensemble de tube de refroidissement destiné à fonctionner sur une pièce en plastique moulé malléable. L’ensemble de tube de refroidissement comprend un tube/élément rapporté poreux ayant une surface de conditionnement intérieure profilée, et une structure d’aspiration configurée pour coopérer avec le tube poreux. Durant l’utilisation, l’aspiration développe une pression réduite à côté de la surface de conditionnement intérieure pour forcer une surface extérieure de la pièce en plastique moulé malléable, positionnable à l’intérieur de l’ensemble de tube de refroidissement, à entrer en contact avec la surface de conditionnement intérieure de l’élément rapporté poreux afin de permettre à une partie importante de la surface extérieure de la pièce malléable, lors du refroidissement, d’atteindre un profil correspondant sensiblement au profil de la surface de conditionnement intérieure. L’ensemble de tube de refroidissement comprend en outre un canal d’aspiration dans celui-ci qui est configuré pour coopérer avec un élément de soupape pour le contrôle d’un écoulement d’aspiration à travers celui-ci qui facilite le transfert de l’article moulé dans l’ensemble de tube de refroidissement.
