Abstract

A process for producing a vinyl polymer in which a vinyl polymer having any polymerization catalysts effectively removed can be produced. There is provided a process for producing a vinyl polymer, characterized in that at the completion of polymerization, an oxygen treatment is carried out in a polar solvent. Preferably, there is provided a process in which a polymer having a polar solvent of ≥ 10 specific inductive capacity at 20°C added thereto is brought into contact with a mixed gas consisting of an inert gas, such as nitrogen, and oxygen wherein the oxygen concentration is ≤ explosion limit oxygen concentration in pure component of the solvent.

Procédé servant à produire un polymère vinylique grâce auquel on peut produire un polymère vinylique duquel n'importe quels catalyseurs de polymérisation ont été efficacement enlevés. L'invention concerne un procédé servant à produire un polymère vinylique, caractérisé en ce qu'on effectue à la fin de la polymérisation un traitement avec de l'oxygène dans un solvant polaire. De préférence, l'invention concerne un procédé dans lequel on met en contact un polymère auquel on a ajouté un solvant polaire ayant une constante diélectrique ≥ 10 à 20°C avec un gaz mélangé constitué d'un gaz inerte, tel que l'azote, et d'oxygène, la concentration de l'oxygène étant ≤ à la concentration d'oxygène limite d'explosivité dans le composant solvant pur.

本発明の目的は、重合触媒が効果的に除去されたビニル系重合体を与えうる、ビニル系重合体の製造方法の提供である。 本発明は、重合完了時に極性溶媒下で酸素処理することを特徴とするビニル系重合体の製造方法に関する。より好適には、20°Cでの比誘電率が10以上である極性溶媒を添加した重合体を、この溶媒の純成分での爆発限界酸素濃度以下の酸素濃度の酸素と窒素等の不活性ガスの混合ガスと、接触させる方法に関する。
