Disclosed is a coating composition which enables form a coating film that can maintain low refractive index, high abrasion resistance, high antifouling property, high chemical resistance and high crack resistance even when it is formed on a plastic base material such as bases made of plastics and exposed to high temperatures during or after the coating film formation. Specifically disclosed is a coating composition containing a silane compound represented by the general formula (A) below and an epoxy group-containing organic compound which has one or more epoxy groups in a molecule, wherein the silane compound content is 60-97% by weight relative to the total amount of resin components and the epoxy group-containing organic compound content is 3-10% by weight relative to the total amount of resin components. XmR13-mSi-Y-SiR13-mXm (A) [In the formula, R1 represents a monovalent hydrocarbon group having 1-6 carbon atoms; Y represents a divalent organic group having one or more fluorine atoms; X represents a hydrolyzable group; and m represents an integer of 1-3.] A coating film made of such a coating composition is able to maintain high crack resistance even when it is exposed to high temperatures.

La présente invention décrit une composition de revêtement qui permet de former un film de revêtement pouvant maintenir un faible indice de réfraction, une forte résistance à l'abrasion, une bonne propriété d’anti-salissure, une forte résistance au produits chimiques et une forte résistance à la déchirure même lorsqu'il est formé sur un matériau de base en plastique tel que des bases faites en plastiques et est exposé à des températures élevées pendant ou après la formation du film de revêtement. L’invention décrit plus spécifiquement une composition de revêtement contenant un composé de type silane représenté par la formule générale (A) ci-dessous et un composé organique contenant des groupes époxy qui possède un ou plusieurs groupes époxy par molécule, la teneur en composé de type silane étant de 60 à 97 % en poids par rapport à la quantité totale des composants de la résine et la teneur en composé organique contenant des groupes époxy étant de 3 à 10 % en poids par rapport à la quantité totale des composants de la résine. XmR13- mSi-Y-SiR13- mXm (A) [dans la formule, R1 représente un groupe hydrocarboné monovalent ayant de 1 à 6 atomes de carbone ; Y représente un groupe organique bivalent ayant un ou plusieurs atomes de fluor ; X représente un groupe hydrolysable ; et m représente un nombre entier valant de 1 à 3.] Un film de revêtement fait à partir d'une telle composition de revêtement peut maintenir une forte résistance à la déchirure même lorsqu'il est exposé à des températures élevées.

 プラスチック基材等の可塑性の基材に被膜を形成した場合であっても、被膜形成時や、被膜形成後に高温下に曝された際に、低屈折率で、高い耐擦傷性、防汚性、耐薬品性、耐クラック性を維持することができるコーティング材組成物を提供する。  下記一般式(A)で示されるシラン化合物と、分子中に1個以上のエポキシ基を含有するエポキシ基含有有機化合物を含有し、前記シラン化合物の含有量が樹脂成分全量に対して60~97重量%であり、前記エポキシ基含有有機化合物の含有量が、樹脂成分全量に対して3~10重量%である。  X 3-mSi-Y-SiR 3-m   (A)  〔Rは炭素数1~6の一価炭化水素基。Yはフッ素原子を1個以上含有する二価有機基。Xは加水分解性基。mは1~3の整数である。〕このようなコーティング材組成物にて形成される被膜は、高い耐クラック性を、高温下に曝された際にも維持することができる。
