[PROBLEMS] To provide a normally closed valve having a minute flow amount regulating mechanism. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] This normally closed valve comprises a valve stem opening and closing a flow passage, a piston body movably fitted airtight to a cylinder and moved in a valve opening direction against an energization means energizing the valve stem in a flow passage closing direction, and a stopper mechanism restricting the maximum movement position of the piston body in the valve opening direction. The stopper mechanism comprises a stroke adjusting member threaded to the cylinder coaxially with the valve stem so that its position can be adjusted and having, at its tip part, a convergent annular taped surface facing the piston body, a movable valve opening restriction surface formed on the piston body on the radial outer side of the annular tapered surface and a fixed valve opening restriction surface formed integrally with the cylinder and facing the movable valve opening restriction surface either of which is formed of a tapered surface narrowing an interval between these both restriction surfaces toward the outer periphery thereof, and a plurality of balls allowed to simultaneously come into contact with all of the convergent annular tapered surface, the movable valve opening restriction surface, and the fixed valve opening restriction surface.

Le problème à résoudre dans le cadre de la présente invention est de proposer une soupape normalement fermée possédant un mécanisme de régulation de quantité d’écoulement minuscule. La solution proposée consiste en une soupape normalement fermée qui comprend une tige de soupape ouvrant et fermant un passage d’écoulement, un corps de piston installé de façon mobile et étanche à l’air sur un cylindre et déplacé dans une direction d’ouverture de soupape contre un moyen de mise en fonctionnement mettant en fonctionnement la tige de soupape dans une direction de fermeture de passage d’écoulement, et un mécanisme de butée limitant la position de mouvement maximum du corps de piston dans la direction d’ouverture de soupape. Le mécanisme de butée comprend un élément de réglage de course vissé sur le cylindre de façon coaxiale avec la tige de soupape de sorte que sa position puisse être réglée et possédant, au niveau de sa partie de pointe, une surface conique annulaire convergente faisant face au corps de piston, une surface de restriction d’ouverture de soupape mobile formée sur le corps de piston sur le côté extérieur radial de la surface conique annulaire et une surface de restriction d’ouverture de soupape fixe formée d’un seul tenant avec le cylindre et faisant face à la surface de restriction d’ouverture de soupape mobile dont l’une des deux est formée d’une surface conique réduisant un intervalle entre ces deux surfaces de restriction vers leur périphérie extérieure, et une pluralité de billes autorisées à entrer simultanément en contact avec la surface conique annulaire convergente, la surface de restriction d’ouverture de soupape mobile, et la surface de restriction d’ouverture de soupape fixe.
