Abstract
(EN)
This invention provides a compound represented by general formula (1): (1) wherein R1, R2, R3, R4, and R5 each independently represent one group selected from a hydrogen atom and methyl, acetyl, hydroxyl, and alkoxy groups; and X represents an alkylene or alkenylene group. There is also provided a compound represented by general formula (2): (2) wherein R6, R7, R8, R9, and R10 each independently represent one group selected from a hydrogen atom and alkyl, acetyl, hydroxyl and alkoxy groups; A represents an oxygen atom or NH; m is 0 or 1; Y represents an alkylene or alkenylene group; and Z represents a hydrogen atom or a hydroxyl group. The above compounds are useful for the prevention and treatment of cerebral function disorders, motor function disorders, dysuria, etc. induced by degeneration/elimination of central nervous system or peripheral nervous system cells.

Cette invention se rapporte à un composé représenté par la formule générale suivante (1) : (1) R1, R2, R3, R4, et R5 représentent chacun indépendamment un groupe sélectionné à partir d’un atome d’hydrogène et des groupes méthyles, acétyles, hydroxyles et alkoxy ; et X représente un groupe alkylène ou un alkénylène. L’invention concerne également un composé représenté par la formule générale suivante (2) : (2) R6, R7, R8, R9, et R10 représentent chacun indépendamment un groupe sélectionné à partir d’un atome d’hydrogène et des groupes méthyles, acétyles, hydroxyles et alkoxy ; A représente un atome d’oxygène ou NH ; m est 0 ou 1 ; Y représente un groupe alkylène ou un alkénylène ; et Z représente un atome d’hydrogène ou un groupe hydroxyle. Les composés précédents se révèlent utiles pour prévenir et traiter les troubles de la fonction cérébrale, les troubles des fonctions motrices, la dysurie, entre autres, provenant de la dégénérescence/élimination des cellules du système nerveux central ou du système nerveux périphérique.
