A kneading machine and a kneading control method that are able to easily cope with predetermined rotation speeds in various applications with drive efficiency of a motor maintained at a high level. A fixed-speed motor rotates at a constant speed and a variable-speed motor rotates at an arbitrary speed. The differential rotation speed between the fixed-speed motor and the variable-speed motor is transmitted as a rotation speed by operation of a sun gear, planetary gears, an internal gear, and a gear holding device, and the rotation speed is applied to a pair of kneading rotors.

La présente invention concerne une machine de malaxage et un procédé de contrôle de malaxage pouvant facilement supporter des vitesses de rotation prédéterminées dans diverses applications avec une efficacité d’entraînement du moteur maintenue à un niveau élevé. Un moteur à vitesse fixe tourne à vitesse constante et un moteur à vitesse variable tourne à une vitesse arbitraire. La différence de vitesse de rotation entre le moteur à vitesse fixe et le moteur à vitesse variable est transmise sous la forme d’une vitesse de rotation par actionnement d’un engrenage solaire, d’engrenages planétaires, d’un engrenage interne et d’un dispositif de support d’engrenages et la vitesse de rotation est appliquée à une paire de rotors de malaxage.

 モータの駆動効率を高く維持しつつ種々の用途における所定の回転数に容易に対応することができる混練機および混練制御方法を提供することを目的とする。固定速モータが一定の回転数で回転し、可変速モータが任意の回転数で回転する。遊星歯車式変速機の太陽歯車、遊星歯車、内歯歯車および歯車保持機の働きにより、固定速モータと可変速モータとの差動回転数が回転数として伝達され、一対の混練ロータに与えられる。
