Abstract
(EN)
[PROBLEMS] To clarify the relationship between fulvic acid contained in humic matters and the onset mechanism of type I allergy and inhibit the onset of type I allergy by using fulvic acid. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] It is intended to provide a type I allergy inhibitor whereby the antigen-sensitization stage and/or the antibody-sensitization stage and the cell degranulation stage are inhibited by fulvic acid; and a composition containing at least the fulvic acid as described above. It is also intended to provide a method of inhibiting the onset of type I allergy via specific hyposensitization with the use of fulvic acid, in particular, a method of inhibiting the onset of type I allergy by inhibiting the antigen-sensitization stage and/or the antibody-sensitization stage with the use of fulvic acid. Alternatively, it is intended to provide a method of inhibiting the onset of type I allergy via nonspecific hyposensitization with the use of fulvic acid.

L’objet est de clarifier la relation entre l’acide fulvique contenu dans des matières humiques et le mécanisme d’apparition de l’allergie de type I et d'inhiber l’apparition de l’allergie de type I à l’aide d’acide fulvique. L'invention concerne un inhibiteur d’allergie de type I grâce auquel la phase de sensibilisation antigène et/ou la phase de sensibilisation anticorps et la phase de dégranulation cellulaire sont inhibées par l’acide fulvique ; et une composition contenant au moins l’acide fulvique comme décrit plus haut. Elle porte également sur un procédé pour inhiber l’apparition de l’allergie de type I par une hyposensibilisation spécifique en utilisant de l’acide fulvique, en particulier, un procédé pour inhiber l’apparition de l’allergie de type I en inhibant la phase de sensibilisation antigène et/ou la phase de sensibilisation anticorps à l’aide d’acide fulvique. Un autre procédé permet d'inhiber l’apparition de l’allergie de type I par hyposensibilisation non spécifique à l’aide d’acide fulvique.

【課題】 腐植物質に含まれるフルボ酸とI型アレルギーの発症機序との関係を解明し、フルボ酸によってI型アレルギーの発症を抑制する。 【解決手段】 抗原感作段階又は/及び抗体感作段階や細胞の脱顆粒段階をフルボ酸によって抑制するI型アレルギーの抑制剤や前記フルボ酸を少なくとも含む組成物を提供する。また、フルボ酸を用いて特異的減感作を行うことによりI型アレルギーの発症を抑制する方法、特に抗原感作段階又は/及び抗体感作段階をフルボ酸によってI型アレルギーの発症を抑制する方法を提供する。あるいは、フルボ酸を用いて非特異的減感作を行うことによりI型アレルギーの発症を抑制する方法を提供する。
