Abstract
(EN)
A balloon catheter capable of adjusting of a position of balloon inflation along the axis of catheter. There is provided balloon catheter (1) comprising catheter body (2) having multiple lumens (5,6,7) extending along the axis disposed in the internal hollow thereof; inflator (3) surrounding the circumference of the catheter body (2) so as to provide a hermetically sealed space between the same and the circumferential surface of the catheter body (2), the inflator (3) constituted of an elastomer inflatable in the direction of outer diameter by a fluid fed under pressure through lumen (6) for balloon among the multiple lumens; and sheath member (4a,4c) surrounding the circumference of the inflator (3) so as to partially restrict the expansion of the inflator (3).

Cathéter à ballonnet capable d'ajuster une position de gonflement de ballon le long de l'axe du cathéter. L'invention est caractérisée en ce qu'un cathéter à ballonnet (1) comprend un corps de cathéter (2) muni de plusieurs lumens (5,6,7) s'étendant le long de l'axe disposé dans le creux interne de celui-ci ; un insufflateur (3) qui entoure la circonférence du corps du cathéter (2) de façon à assurer un espace scellé hermétiquement entre celui-ci et la surface circonférentielle du corps du cathéter (2), l'insufflateur (3) étant constitué d'un élastomère gonflable dans le sens du diamètre extérieur par un fluide alimenté sous pression par l'intermédiaire d'un lumen (6) de ballon parmi lesdits plusieurs lumens ; et une gaine (4a,4c) entourant la circonférence de l'insufflateur (3) de manière à limiter partiellement l'expansion de l'insufflateur (3).

 カテーテルの軸方向でのバルーンを膨張させる位置を調整可能なバルーンカテーテルを提供する。このバルーンカテーテル1は、軸方向に沿って延びる複数のルーメン5,6,7,が内腔に形成されたカテーテル本体2と、そのカテーテル本体2の外周を囲繞してカテーテル本体2の外周面との間に密封空間を形成し複数のルーメンのうちのバルーン用ルーメン6を通じて圧送される流体によって外径方向に膨張可能な弾性体から形成された膨張体3と、その膨張体3の拡張を部分的に拘束するように膨張体3の外周を囲繞する鞘部材(4a、4c)と、を備えている。
