A product inspection step inspects the track pitch of all the tracks of a disc medium arranged in a storage device. Firstly, a target position orbit is generated to change the target track position so as to cross the track and a head actuator is feedback-controlled so that the head detection position follows the target position orbit. When the difference between the target position orbit and the head detection position exceeds a predetermined threshold value, it is judged that a track pitch error has occurred and the track number is recorded in a medium track skip table. As the target position orbit, a target position sinusoidal wave orbit having an amplitude of a plurality of track widths is generated in synchronization with the medium rotation. As another target position orbit, a target position rectilinear orbit crossing each track interval in a constant time between the outermost and the innermost position of the medium is generated.

Étape d’inspection de produit qui inspecte le pas de piste de toutes les pistes d’un support disque disposé dans un dispositif de stockage. Premièrement, une orbite de position cible est générée pour changer la position de piste cible de façon à ce qu’elle croise la piste et un actionneur de tête est commandé par rétroaction de façon à ce que la position de détection de tête suive l’orbite de position cible. Lorsque la différence entre l’orbite de position cible et la position de détection de tête dépasse une valeur seuil prédéterminée, on estime qu’une erreur de pas de piste s’est produite et le numéro de la piste est enregistré dans une table de saut de piste de support. Est générée en tant qu’orbite de position cible, une orbite d’onde sinusoïdale de position cible ayant une amplitude de plusieurs largeurs de piste, synchronisée avec la rotation du support. Est générée en tant qu’autre orbite de position cible, une orbite rectiligne de position cible croisant chaque intervalle de piste en un temps constant entre la position la plus à l’extérieur et la plus à l’intérieur du support.

 製造検査工程で記憶装置に設けたディスク媒体の全トラックのトラックピッチを検査する。まずトラックを横切るように目標トラック位置を変化させる目標位置軌道を発生し、目標位置軌道にヘッド検出位置が追従するようにヘッドアクチュエータをフィードバック制御する。目標位置軌道とヘッド検出位置との誤差が所定の閾値を超えた際にトラックピッチ異常を判定し、媒体のトラックスキップテーブルにトラック番号を記録する。目標位置軌道としては、複数トラック幅の振幅をもつ目標位置正弦波軌道を媒体回転に同期して発生する。別の目標位置軌道としては、媒体の最アウタと最インナとの間で各トラック間隔を一定時間で横切る目標位置直線軌道を発生する。
