Described herein are novel polynucleotides associated with disease. The polynucleotides are miRNAs, miRNA precursors, and associated nucleic acids. Methods and compositions are described that can be used for diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment of disease. Also described herein are methods that can be used to identify modulators of the disease-associated polynucleotides. Also described herein are methods and compositions for linear amplification and labeling of a targeted nucleic acid. The amplified targeted molecules may be used in hybridization techniques like Luminex and Microarray analysis.

La présente invention concerne de nouveaux polynucléotides associés à la maladie, ces polynucléotides sont des micro-ARN, des précurseurs de micro-ARN et des acides nucléiques associés. Cette invention se rapporte également à des méthodes et à des compositions qui peuvent être utilisées pour le diagnostic, le pronostic et le traitement des maladies; à des méthodes pouvant être utilisées pour identifier des modulateurs des polynucléotides associés à la maladie; à des méthodes et à des compositions utiles pour effectuer l'amplification linéaire et le marquage d'un acide nucléique ciblé. Les molécules ciblées amplifiées peuvent être utilisées dans des techniques d'hybridation telles que l'analyse Luminex et l'analyse à microréseau.
