Ion mobility spectrometer apparatus includes a gas flow channel (13, 13') between an inlet (10) and an outlet (12) extending alongside an IMS cell (2) . Air is drawn along the channel (13, 13') to the inlet (20) of the IMS cell (2) by two piezo fans (31 and 32) . Each fan includes a flapping blade (33, 33') extending longitudinally of the gas flow channel (13, 13') and driven to flap by respective piezo elements (34) .

L'invention concerne un appareil de spectrométrie à mobilité ionique comportant une tubulure d'écoulement de gaz (13, 13') entre un orifice d'entrée (10) et un orifice de sortie (12) s'étendant le long d'une cellule IMS (2). De l'air est aspiré par le biais de la tubulure (13, 13') jusqu'à l'orifice d'entrée (20) de la cellule IMS (2) grâce à deux ventilateurs piézo (31 et 32). Chaque ventilateur comporte une pale de battement (33, 33') laquelle se prolonge dans le plan longitudinal de la tubulure d'écoulement de gaz (13, 13') et qui est pilotée par des éléments piézo respectifs (34) pour effectuer un mouvement de battement.
