Abstract
(EN)
A cryostat assembly comprises: a first thermal shield (1) positioned outside a working volume; and a second thermal shield (4) positioned outside the first thermal shield (1). A first cryocooler (6) has at least two cooling stages operating with He4, a first stage (8) of the cryocooler (6) being thermally coupled to the second thermal shield (4), and a second stage (9) of the first cryocooler being thermally coupled to the first thermal shield (1). A second cryocooler (10) operates with He3 and has at least one cooling stage (12), a part of the second cryocooler, warmer than the cooling stage of the second cryocooler, being thermally coupled to the second stage (9) of the first cryocooler (6).

La présente invention concerne un ensemble cryostat comprenant un premier bouclier thermique (1) positionné à l'extérieur d'un volume de travail; et un deuxième bouclier thermique (4) positionné à l'extérieur du premier bouclier thermique (1). Un premier cryoréfrigérateur (6) comprend au moins deux étages de refroidissement fonctionnant avec He4, un premier étage (8) du cryoréfrigérateur (6) étant thermiquement couplé au deuxième bouclier thermique (4), tandis qu'un deuxième étage (9) du premier cryoréfrigérateur est thermiquement couplé au premier bouclier thermique (1). Un deuxième cryoréfrigérateur (10) fonctionne avec He3 et comprend au moins un étage de refroidissement (12), une partie du deuxième cryoréfrigérateur, plus chaude que l'étage de refroidissement du deuxième cryoréfrigérateur, étant thermiquement couplée au deuxième étage (9) du premier cryoréfrigérateur (6).
