Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Acrylsäure, mindestens die folgenden Schritte aufweisend: a. Dehydratisieren von Glycerin zu einem Acrolein aufweisenden Dehydratisierungsprodukt; b. Gasphasenoxidation des Dehydratisierungsprodukts unter Erhalt eines Acrylsäure aufweisenden Monomergas; c. in Kontakt bringen des Monomergas mit einem Quenchmittel unter Erhalt einer Acrylsäure aufweisenden Quenchphase; d. Aufarbeiten der Quenchphase unter Erhalt einer Acrylsäure beinhaltenden Monomerphase. Die Erfindung betrifft auch ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Polymeren durch radikalische Polymerisation von Acrylsäure, vorzugsweise zur Herstellung wasserabsorbierender Polymere, die durch dieses Verfahren erhältlichen wasserabsorbierenden Polymere, wasserabsorbierende Polymere, welche zu mindestens 25 Gew.-% auf teilneutralisierter Acrylsäure basieren, einen Verbund, ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Verbundes, den durch dieses Verfahren erhältlichen Verbund, die Verwendung von Acrylsäure zur Herstellung wasserabsorbierender Polymergebilde, eine Vorrichtung zur Herstellung von Acrylsäure, ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Acrylsäure sowie die durch dieses Verfahren erhältliche Acrylsäure.

The invention relates to a method for producing acrylic acid, which contains at least the following method steps: a) dehydration of glycerine to form a dehydration product that comprises acrolein; b) gas phase oxidation of the dehydration product to obtain a monomer gas that comprises acrylic acid; c) bringing into contact the monomer gas and a quenching agent to obtain a quenched phase that comprises an acrylic acid; d) reprocessing of the quenched phase to obtain a monomer phase that contains an acrylic acid. The invention also relates to a method for producing polymers, preferably water-absorbent polymer structures, by the radical polymerisation of acrylic acid, to the water-absorbent polymers that can be obtained by said method, to water-absorbent polymers, at least 25 wt. % of which are based on partially neutralised acrylic acid, to a composite, to a method for producing a composite, to the composite that can be obtained by said method and to the use of acrylic acid for producing water-absorbent polymer structures, to a device for producing acrylic acid and to acrylic acid that can be obtained by said method.

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'acide acrylique consistant a) à déshydrogéner de la glycérine de manière à former un produit de déshydrogénation présentant une acroléine ; b) à réaliser une oxydation en phase gazeuse d'un produit de déshydrogénation de manière à obtenir un gaz monomère présentant de l'acide acrylique ; c) à mettre le gaz monomère en contact avec un agent de trempe de manière à obtenir une phase de trempe présentant de l'acide acrylique ; et, d) à traiter la phase de trempe de manière à obtenir une phase monomère présentant de l'acide acrylique. L'invention concerne également un procédé de fabrication de polymères, de préférence de polymères absorbant l'eau, par polymérisation radicalaire d'acide acrylique. L'invention concerne également les polymères absorbant l'eau fabriqués au moyen du procédé selon l'invention, reposant au moins à 25 % sur de l'acide acrylique partiellement neutralisé, un composite, un procédé de fabrication d'un composite, le composite obtenu au moyen de ce procédé, l'utilisation d'acide acrylique dans la fabrication de structures polymères absorbant l'eau, un dispositif de fabrication d'acide acrylique, un procédé de fabrication d'acide acrylique, et l'acide acrylique obtenu au moyen dudit procédé.
