Vorgeschlagen ist eine Fixierung eines Lagerbolzens (6) in einem zylindrischen Gehäuse (1) eines in Richtung einer Längsachse (Z) betätigten Rollenstößels (2), insbesondere für einen Stößelstangen-Ventiltrieb einer Brennkraftmaschine. Der Lagerbolzen (6) ist in Bohrungen (7) des Gehäuses (1), die in einer zur Längsachse (Z) senkrechten Querebene (XY) des Rollenstößels (2) verlaufen gelagert und durch Materialverformung form- und/oder kraftschlüssig mit dem Gehäuse (1) verbunden. Die Materialverformung soll als ein oder mehrere Segmente (9, 10) ausgebildet sein, von denen zumindest ein Segment (9) eine radiale Lastzone (16) des Lagerbolzens (6) vollständig umfasst, wobei ein um die Querebene (XY) verlaufender Abschnitt (15) des Lagerbolzens (6) frei von der Materialverformung ist.

The invention relates to the fixing of a bearing bolt (6) in a cylindrical housing (1) of a roller tappet (2) actuated in the direction of a longitudinal axis (Z), especially for a tappet push rod valve drive of an internal combustion engine. The bearing bolt (6) is mounted in boreholes (7) of the housing (1), that extend in a transversal plane (XY) of the roller tappet (2), which is perpendicular to the longitudinal axis (Z), and are positively or non-positively connected to the housing (1) by material deformation. The material deformation is embodied as at least one segment (9, 10), at least one of said segments (9) comprises a full radial load region (16) of the bearing bolt (6). A section (15) of the bearing bolt (6) extending around the transversal plane (XY) is free of the material deformation.

L'invention concerne la fixation d'un axe de palier (6) dans un logement cylindrique (1) d'une tige-poussoir à rouleau (2) fonctionnant dans le sens de l'axe longitudinal (Z), en particulier pour une commande de soupape de la tige-poussoir d'un moteur à combustion interne. Ledit axe de palier (6) est disposé dans des creux (7) du logement (1), qui s'étendent dans un plan transversal (XY) de la tige-poussoir (2) à rouleaux, vertical par rapport à un axe longitudinal (Z) et il est relié au logement (1) grâce à la déformation de matière par liaison de forme ou de force. La déformation de matériau peut être effectuée sur un ou plusieurs segments (9, 10), un de ces segment (9) comprenant la totalité d'une zone de charge (16) radiale de l'axe de palier (6). Une partie s'étendant autour du plan transversal (XY) de l'axe de palier (6) est exempt de déformation de matériau.
