(EN)The present invention relates to a drive assembly (10) including an adapter (14) that enables the use of a lightweight backstopping clutch (16) with a driven shaft (12) . The adapter (14) is coupled to the driven shaft (12) for rotation therewith and forms a stub shaft (22) smaller than the driven shaft (12) . The clutch (16) has an inner race (24) that is disposed about the stub shaft (22) and an outer race (26) fixed against rotation so as to allow rotation of the stub shaft (22) and driven shaft (12) in one direction and inhibit rotation in an opposition direction.
(FR)Un bloc d'entraînement (10) équipé d'un adaptateur (14) permet d'utiliser un embrayage anti-retour de faible masse (16) avec un arbre mené (12). Pour communiquer le mouvement de rotation à l'adaptateur (14), celui-ci est couplé à l'arbre mené (12) et forme un arbre tronqué (22) plus petit que l'arbre mené (12).
