(EN)An organic electroluminescent element (1) is provided with a substrate (2); a first electrode (3) formed on the substrate; an organic light emitting layer (5) formed on the first electrode (3) in contact with the first electrode (3); and a second electrode (6) formed on the organic light emitting layer (5). The organic electroluminescent element is characterized in that an ion doped surface doped with a hydrogen ion or a hydroxide ion as dopant is provided in the vicinity of a contact interface (B) between the first electrode (3) and the organic light emitting layer (5). Thus, low voltage driving is made possible, and the organic electroluminescent element having a long service life is provided.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un élément électroluminescent organique (1) muni d’un substrat (2) ; d’une première électrode (3) formée sur le substrat ; d’une couche organique émettant de la lumière (5) formée sur la première électrode (3) en contact avec la première électrode (3) ; et d’une seconde électrode (6) formée sur la couche organique émettant de la lumière (5). L’élément électroluminescent organique est caractérisé en ce qu’une surface dopée aux ions dopée avec un ion hydrogène ou un ion hydroxyde formant dopant est formée au voisinage d’une interface de contact (B) entre la première électrode (3) et la couche organique émettant de la lumière (5). Ainsi, un faible voltage est rendu possible et l’élément électroluminescent organique ayant une longue durée de vie est proposé.
(JA) 本発明の有機エレクトロルミネッセント素子1は、基板2と、前記基板上に形成された第1の電極3と、前記第1の電極3上に、第1の電極3と接触するように形成された有機発光層5と、前記有機発光層5上に形成された第2の電極6と、を有し、前記第1の電極3と前記有機発光層5との接触界面Bの近傍に、ドーパントとして水素イオン又は水酸化物イオンをドープしたイオンドープ表面を備えることを特徴とする。この特徴により、低電圧駆動が可能となり、長寿命化が実現された有機エレクトロルミネッセント素子を得ることが出来る。
