(EN)A phospholipid derivative useful for producing liposome for effectively incorporating an antitumor agent or gene in a target tumor cell, containing a residue of an alcohol compound, a residue of a phospholipid and a peptide between the residue of an alcohol compound and the residue of a phospholipid, in which (a) the alcohol compound is an alcohol compound such as a polyalkylene glycol, (b) the phospholipid is a phospholipid such as a phosphatidylethanolamine, a phosphatidylcholine, or a phosphatidylserine, and (c) the peptide is a peptide containing a substrate peptide that can be a substrate of matrix metalloproteinase (however, an oligopeptide containing one amino acid, or two to eight amino acids may be connected to both ends or one end of the substrate peptide).
(FR)L'invention concerne un dérivé de phospholipide servant à la fabrication de liposome pour incorporer de manière efficace un agent antitumoral ou un gène dans une cellule tumorale cible, contenant un résidu de composé d'alcool, un résidu de phospholipide et un peptide entre le résidu de composé d'alcool et le résidu de phospholipide.
