(EN)Disclosed is a method for producing 1-substituted-3-fluoroalkyl pyrazole-4-carboxylate (3) through a reaction between 2-alkoxymethylene fluoroacyl acetate (1) and a hydrazine (2). By performing the reaction in the presence of a base and water, 1-substituted-3-fluoroalkyl pyrazole-4- carboxylate (3) can be highly selectively produced with high yield. This novel method enables to highly selectively produce 1-substituted-3-fluoroalkyl pyrazole-4- carboxylate (3), which is useful as an intermediate for pharmaceutical and agrichemical products, with high yield by simple and safe operations.
(FR)La présente invention décrit un procédé pour la fabrication de pyrazole-4-carboxylate de 1-substitué-3-fluoroalkyle (3) par une réaction entre de l'acétate de 2-alcoxyméthylène de fluoroacyle (1) et de l'hydrazine (2). En effectuant la réaction en présence d'une base et d'eau, on peut produire du pyrazole-4-carboxylate (3) de 1-substitué-3-fluoroalkyle de façon très sélective et avec un rendement élevé. Ce nouveau procédé permet de produire de façon très sélective du pyrazole-4-carboxylate (3) de 1-substitué-3-fluoroalkyle, qui est utile comme intermédiaire pour des produits pharmaceutiques et agrochimiques, avec un rendement élevé grâce à des opérations simples et sûres.
