(EN)The invention concerns a method for making an axle rotating portion comprising a hub (1), at least one rolling bearing (2) and a stub axle (3), said rotating portion being designed to receive a brake disc (4). The invention is characterized in that it includes at least one step of machining one surface of said hub (1), called support surface (11), against which the disc (4) is designed to be urged to press, said machining step being carried out on a subassembly formed by assembling at least said hub (1) and said roller bearing (2) and designed to obtain at least one part of said support surface (11) substantially perpendicular to the axis of said roller bearing (2) in said subassembly.
(FR)L'invention concerne un procédé de réalisation d'une partie tournante d'essieu comprenant un moyeu (1), au moins un roulement (2) et un porte-fusée (3) , ladite partie tournante étant destinée à recevoir un disque de frein (4), caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend au moins une étape d'usinage d'une face dudit moyeu (1), dite face d'appui (11), contre laquelle ledit disque (4) est destiné à venir en appui, ladite étape d'usinage étant réalisée sur un sous-ensemble formé par l'assemblage d'au moins ledit moyeu (1) et ledit roulement (2) et visant à obtenir au moins une partie de ladite surface (11) d'appui sensiblement perpendiculaire à l'axe dudit roulement (2) dans ledit sous-ensemble.
