(EN)The present invention refers to novel conjugate molecules and their use or the transport of nano- and macromolecular structures into cells and/or the nucleus. More particularly, the present invention refers to conjugate molecules containing a carrier, preferably thiopyridyl moieties, and a cargo moiety. Thereby, the thiopyridyl moiety is bound to the cargo moiety to act as a carrier, particularly for efficient intracellular and/or intranuclear delivery of drugs, nano-or macromolecular structures, etc.. The novel conjugate molecules are provided for the manufacture of a medicament for gene therapy, apoptosis, or for the treatment of diseases such as cancer, autoimmune diseases or infectious diseases.
(FR)L'invention concerne des molécules de conjugué et l'utilisation de celles-ci ou le transport de structures nano- et macromoléculaires dans des cellules et/ou le noyau. Plus précisément, l'invention concerne des molécules de conjugué renfermant un excipient, de préférence, des fractions thiopyridyle et une fraction cargo. La fraction thiopyridyle est ainsi liée à la fraction cargo de manière à agir comme excipient, notamment aux fins d'administration intracellulaire et/ou intranucléaire efficace de médicaments, de structures nano-ou macromoléculaires, etc.. Les molécules de conjugué sont destinées à la fabrication d'un médicament pour la thérapie génique, l'apoptose ou le traitement de maladies telles que le cancer, des maladies auto-immunes ou infectieuses.
