A method for preparing modified refined-diatomite as treating agent for waste water is provided, characterized in that the said diatomite is composed of refined-diatomite, lime and aluminum sulfate (or other inorganic flocculants such as aluminum chloride, ferric chloride, ferrous sulfate, etc.) in a weight ratio of 5-6 to 3-4 to 1-1.5; the method for preparing thereof includes following steps: placing the refined diatomite into a container, slurrying the diatomite by adding water; adding aluminum sulfate (or other inorganic flocculants) thereto in above ratio, then adding lime in above ratio after agitation for 20-40 minutes, vibrating the resultant for 20-40 minutes after agitation, drying the resultant at a temperature of 60-90 °C, cooling, crushing, 100-200 mesh sieving, and heating the resultant in a furnace at 400-700 °C for 2-5 hours, cooling, crushing, and 200-300 mesh sieving for use.

L’invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de diatomite raffinée modifiée comme agent de traitement pour eaux usées, caractérisé en ce que ladite diatomite est composée de diatomite raffinée, de chaux et de sulfate d’aluminium (ou d’autres floculants inorganiques comme le chlorure d’aluminium, le chlorure ferrique, le sulfate ferreux, etc.) dans un rapport pondéral de 5-6 pour 3-4 pour 1-1,5; le procédé de fabrication idoine englobe les phases suivantes : placement de la diatomite raffinée dans un conteneur, barbotage de la diatomite en ajoutant de l’eau ; addition de sulfate d’aluminium (ou d’autres floculants inorganiques) à celle-ci dans le rapport indiqué ci-dessus, puis addition de chaux dans le rapport indiqué ci-dessus après agitation pendant 20-40 minutes, vibration du mélange résultant pendant 20-40 minutes après agitation, séchage du produit résultant à une température de 60-90 °C, refroidissement, concassage, tamisage dans un maillage de 100-200, et chauffage du produit résultant dans un four à 400-700 °C pendant 2-5 heures, refroidissement, concassage et tamisage dans un maillage de 200-300 pour que le produit soit prêt à l’emploi.

一种废水处理剂改性硅藻精土的制备方法,其特征在于:由硅藻精土、石灰和硫酸铝(或氯化铝、氯化铁、硫酸亚铁等无机絮凝剂)组成,其配比是硅藻精土:石灰:硫酸铝(或其他)为5~6:3~4:1~1.5;其制备方法是将硅藻精土置于容器中,加水搅拌调成糊状,继续搅拌,加入配方量的硫酸铝(或其他),搅匀20~40分钟,加入配方量的石灰,搅匀后振荡20~40分钟,于60~90℃下烘干,后冷却、粉碎,100~200目过筛后置于烧炉中,于1~2小时内升温至400~700℃,保温2~5小时,冷却、粉碎,200~300目过筛后备用。本发明为城市的废水处理提供了一种安全可靠、效益更高的新方法,具有较大的推广应用价值。
