Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren sowie eine Vorrichtung zur Steuerung einer Produktionszelle zur Herstellung von Kunststoff-Spritzteilen, bei dem der Produktionsablauf durch den Benutzer vorgegeben und parametriert wird. Im Zentrum der neuen Lösung ist eine komponentenorientierte Steuerung. Komponenten können z.B. Formschluss, Aggregat, Kernzug, Handlinggeräte, usw. sein, welche in der Steuerung virtuell abgebildet werden. Die neue Erfindung schlägt vor, dass Maschinenabläufe auf der Basis von verhaltensvollständigen Komponenten, die zusammen ein Domänenmodell bilden, mit Hilfe einer Fach-Domänensprache erstellt, verwaltet und ausgeführt werden. Dadurch wird die Bedienung und der Betrieb einer Spritzgiessmaschine auf eine einfach erlernbare und durchgängige Art und Weise ermöglicht. Die neue Lösung gestattet dass die Komponenten auf der Bildschirm- bzw. Bedieneroberfläche erscheinen und vom Benutzer als Basis für die Modellierung beliebiger Abläufe verwendet werden. Ferner wird vorgeschlagen, dass für jeden Problemraum in der Steuerung eine Domänensprache eingesetzt wird, um Lösungen zu beschreiben und daraus den Programmcode automatisch zu enerieren.

The invention relates to a method and a device for controlling a production cell for producing plastic injection-moulded parts, according to which the production cycle is defined and parameterised by the user. The invention is based on a component-oriented control system. Components can be, for example, the mould closure, the injection unit, the core puller, the handling appliances etc., which are virtually formed in the control system. According to the invention, machine cycles are designed, managed and run on the basis of behaviourally complete components, together forming a domain model, by means of a specialised domain language. In this way, an injection-moulding machine can be used and operated in a universal and simple manner. The components appear on the display screen or operating surface and are used by the user as the basis for the modelling of any cycles. Furthermore, a domain language is used for each problem area in the control system, in order to describe solutions and to automatically generate the program code therefrom.

L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif servant à commander une cellule de production pour la production de pièces moulées par injection en plastique, le cycle de production étant défini et paramétré par l'utilisateur. L'invention est caractérisée par une commande orientée composants, les composants pouvant être la fermeture de forme, l'unité d'injection, le dispositif d'arrachage de la carotte, les appareils de manipulation, etc., qui sont représentés virtuellement dans la commande. Selon l'invention, des processus de machine sont créés, gérés et exécutés sur la base de composants comportementalement complets formant ensemble un modèle de domaine, à l'aide d'un langage de domaine spécialisé. Cela rend possible l'utilisation et le fonctionnement d'une presse d'injection d'une manière universelle et facile à apprendre. Grâce à cette solution, les composants apparaissent sur l'écran ou sur l'interface utilisateur et peuvent être utilisés par l'utilisateur comme base pour la modélisation de processus quelconques. Selon l'invention, on utilise également dans la commande un langage de domaine pour chaque espace de problème afin de décrire les solutions et d'en générer automatiquement le code de programme.
