Abstract

The invention relates to avocado powder and to the method of obtaining same. Avocado powder is a novel product which enables the avocado to be preserved for an extended period of time at ambient temperature, such as to conserve the characteristic properties of the product, with the additional advantage of being 100 % natural and occupying less physical storage space, thereby eliminating the post-processing cold chain. The method of obtaining avocado powder comprises a series of operations or steps that terminate in the pulverisation and packing of the end product.

Esta invención se refiere al producto aguacate en polvo y al proceso de obtenerlo. El aguacate en polvo es un producto novedoso, que permite la conservación del aguacate durante un tiempo prolongado a temperatura ambiente conservando sus propiedades que lo caracterizan, con la ventaja adicional de ser 100% natural, y ocupar menor espacio físico de almacenamiento eliminando la cadena de frío posterior a su tratamiento. El proceso de obtención del aguacate en polvo consta de una serie de operaciones o etapas que concluyen con la pulverización y el envasado del producto final.

La présente invention concerne de l'avocat en poudre et son procédé d'obtention. L'avocat en poudre est un produit innovant, à durée de conservation prolongée à température ambiante, qui conserve les propriétés qui le caractérisent. L'avocat en poudre se caractérise également par le fait qu'il est 100 % naturel, qu'il est moins encombrant et qu'il élimine la chaîne du froid qui suit son traitement. Le procédé d'obtention de cet avocat en poudre comprend une série d'opérations ou d'étapes se terminant par la pulvérisation et le conditionnement du produit final.
