Abstract
(EN) The present invention concerns the dynamics and yielding of transient solutions for the film-blowing process. After solving the governing equations that takes into consideration the viscoelasticity and cooling characteristics of the film, a coordinate transformation was done to change the free-end-point problem into a fixed- end-point one. Then finally, by introducing Newton's method along with OCFE (Orthogonal Collocation on Finite Elements) , a transient solution for the process was obtained.
(FR) La présente invention a trait à la dynamique et le rendement de solutions transitoires pour le procédé de soufflage de feuille mince. Après avoir résolu les équations déterminantes qui prennent en considération les caractéristiques de viscoélasticité et de refroidissement de la feuille, une transformation de coordonnées à été effectuée pour modifier le problème de point limite libre en un point limite fixe. Ensuite, grâce à l'introduction finale de la méthode de Newton conjointement avec une collocation orthogonale sur éléments finis, on a obtenu une solution transitoire pour le procédé.
